Our signature scent Relax & Unwind is now available in a pure oil blend. With the essential oils Geranium, Patchouli and Bergamot . This blend is designed to alleviate feelings of anxiety and tension whilst promoting a sense of relaxation.
The 5ml blend includes aprox 120 drops which can be used in a diffuser, in a carrier oil, in the bath, as a steam inhalation or added to creams and lotions.
Instructions - This blend can be diluted in a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil and be applied directly to the skin. Add 7 drops of the blend to 30ml of carrier oil.
Make sure to test the blend on a patch of skin before applying in case you have a reaction. You can also diffuse the oil throughout your home. Simply add a few drops to a diffuser with water. You can add up to 10 drops into your bath and inhale the steam or use a few drops in a bowl of hot water.
Caution - do not add directly to the skin before diluting in a carrier oil.
