Lindsey is the founder and owner of Divine Aromatics.
"I have always been interested in nature and natural products. Growing up on the Somerset levels I spent many hours of my childhood outside in nature, riding ponies over the moors, climbing trees and walking through fields of wild flowers and grasses. I have always felt a strong connection with nature and the earth."
My decision to start making my own products came later in life and was driven by the fact that I found a lot of natural products were very expensive and all of the deodorants I had tried were ineffective. This sent me on a journey to learn how to make my own. Initially I studied Herbalism and Aromatherapy and attended workshops in Glastonbury learning how to make face creams and perfumes. I started to make products for myself, my friends and family and the feedback I received was positive.
In 2011 I was approached by the charity Towards Tomorrow Together to make an oil blend to support parents during their time of loss. The charity provide services to families who lose a baby, and the hospitals who care for them. I made the 'Together' oil blend which was our first official product. The blend is designed to gently support the healing process and create precious lasting memories. The feedback received always gives a heartfelt feeling that the oil blend is able to bring some comfort at such a tragic time.

I then started creating our signature blends and made them into our product range. I decided that I would give making a natural deodorant a try and I couldn't have asked for better feedback. Everyone who tried the deodorants were blown away at how effective they were and how good they smelt. Knowing that some clients reacted towards bicarbonate of soda, I created a sensitive bicarb free range as well and introduced the aromas "Grapefruit & Mandarin" and "Lemongrass & Tea Tree".
A lot of people started asking me if I would make bespoke products for them, which is something I really enjoy doing. So I started to offer a bespoke product making service. This has been a popular service with people requesting a range of products. I believe we all have a unique essence and I am able to intuitively create unique products to support you on your journey of healing. Nature has so many wonderful gifts to offer us.
