The box contains
1 x 50ml Aromatherapy Spray the aroma around yourself, use as a room spray, or on your pillow to receive the beneficial qualities of the aromatherapy blends.
1 x 15ml Pulse Point Balm - Apply to pulse points throughout the day. Massage in so the area gets warm and inhale deeply, taking a moment to appreciate the aroma and let your mind reset. A little will go a long way. The balm is very kind to even a sensitive skin, but however gentle the product, please do patch test prior to use if in any doubt.
7 x Soap Flowers - Add the soap flowers to your bath whole or scatter the petals and they will dissolve, alternatively you can peel the petals away and use them as soap.
